The primary objective of this project was to delve into the realm of Mixed Reality (MRX) technology, assessing its multifaceted impact on human behaviours and pioneering a new market opportunity within the domain of Real Estate. This initiative aimed to catalyze the transition of conventional Real Estate into Digital Estate, harnessing the immersive power of MRX to revolutionize how individuals interact, engage, and transact in digital spaces.
MRX Insights
Findings from our initial investigation reveal that the integration of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) in Mixed Reality (MR) is poised to revolutionize communication, transforming the interaction between humans and computers. While traditional communication methods have fostered connectivity, MRX presents a paradigm shift. MXR is set to redefine our understanding of distance, rendering it nearly irrelevant. Unable to attend Coachella this year? MXR will transport the Coachella digital space experience directly to you. The dynamics of maintaining meaningful relationships and crafting novel experiences will undergo a revolutionary change, as the concept of distance becomes abstract in this new era.

The concept of properties tied to geographical locations is evolving, as people increasingly turn to digital estates offering immersive experiences. These digital spaces will serve as versatile overlays for our physical environments, marking an evolution where the "Real" in Real Estate has transformed into Digital Estate.
We introduce RÜMS, a digital estate agency powered by Airbnb that will provide MXR spaces for live events (B2C), traveling (B2B), and an event facilitator (B2B2B)—providing a service for customers and businesses to attend events anywhere, at any time. We enable our customers and partners to transform their interactions and experiences by offering tangible memories and inclusive digital spaces within a physical space.
